We farm our blueberries using Biodynamic, sustainable farming methods. NO artificial fertilisers or chemicals are ever used. Also banned is the use of fresh manures, except in the making of Biodynamic compost. The plants suffer no insect or disease attack due to not being force fed as with conventional farming methods, as there are no reducing sugars for insects to eat. We feed the soil and the soil life, not the plants. With Biodynamics we work with nature, the plants are allowed to feed naturally from the soil humus when the conditions are right.
