Each loaf is generously packed with plump dates and juicy sultanas, then delicately flavoured with cinnamon, ginger, citrus peel and a hint of sea salt to bring it all together. Slow-fermented for depth and digestibility, it’s the perfect balance of sweet, spiced and beautifully rustic.
