The Organic Essentials Box is designed to take the thinking out of your weekly produce shop. We’ve built this box around the fresh organic items our customers order most often — the everyday staples that make it easy to keep good food in the fridge without having to build a full order from scratch.

It’s the perfect foundation for your week. Enjoy it as it comes, or add your favourite extras such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, milk, bread, pantry items or extra seasonal fruit.

Perfect for singles, couples, smaller households, or anyone who wants the basics sorted with ease.

Each week, your box includes:

• Organic apples
• Organic bananas
• Organic oranges or mandarins
• Organic spinach or cos lettuce
• Organic carrots
• Organic potatoes or sweet potatoes
• Organic zucchini or green beans
• Organic pumpkin
• Organic broccoli
• Organic Onion or Beetroot

We include everyday staples such as apples, potatoes, carrots and leafy greens because these are the foods many households reach for week after week, making them a wonderful place to choose organic.

Make it your own

Every household is different. If there’s something you’d prefer not to receive, simply leave a note at checkout.

For example:

“No cos lettuce please, spinach only.”

Or:

“No pumpkin please, extra apples would be lovely.”

We’ll tailor your box where possible. For more customised selections, we recommend building your own box from our full range.

Seasonal by nature

As we work with fresh organic produce, occasional substitutions may occur depending on seasonal availability. We’ll always make sure your box maintains the same quality, value and balance you expect from Fresh Box.

We deliver across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane on set delivery days each week. Orders are packed fresh and delivered in refrigerated vans to maintain quality.

You can choose a one-time order or a flexible subscription. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or changed anytime through your account.

Delivery Notes

• Please have your order in by 3pm the day before your next scheduled delivery day. 
• We will update you via text of your deliveries arrival time and when it has been delivered to your door.
• Please leave out a cold box for any fridge items.
• Delivery is a flat rate of $12 except for orders over $180 then our delivery is free.
• Please note we reserve the right to cancel any orders under $60.

Delivery Tips

• We deliver in refrigerated vans between 7am and 6pm.
• We will email you to confirm your delivery day.
• On delivery day you will receive a text with an ETA and another on delivery.
• Leave last weeks boxes out and we will collect them.
• No need to be home, our boxes have a lid, Please leave out a chiller bag or cold box for cold items.
• If you're positioned outside our delivery zone, Please email us your location and we will see how we can fit you in.
• Choose your delivery date at the cart page.
• Delivery notifications to your phone on approach and if you're not home a delivery confirmation that its waiting for you.
• If you have delivery instructions please leave them in the notes section on your shopping cart page.
