Gluten-Free Buckwheat Waffles

Using the KitchenAid chopper and Breville crisp control waffle maker

2 eggs and 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, beat on speed 1

Then add 2 tablespoons of MCT oil, Half a cup of milk (almond milk), 6 tablespoons of buckwheat flour, 3 tablespoons of almond meal, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. MIX WELL.

Preheat Breville crisp until the green light is on, and let the batter stand for a few minutes.

The red light shows that the waffle is cooking.

Ready in a few minutes when the green light shows.

The mixture makes about 4 round waffles (20 hearts)

Serve with lemon and maple syrup, berries, banana and cinnamon etc.
