By: Kara Parnell
Geoffrey Chaucer is known to have said,
"Woe to the cook whose sauce has no sting."
Chaucer clearly understood the importance of a good sauce to make or break a meal! I think he would have approved of Tzatziki sauce!
This recipe for Coconut Yoghurt Tzatziki Sauce takes just a few minutes to pull together, and just a few spoonfuls of this simply delicious sauce can add a creaminess, crunch, a freshness to so many of your favourite meals.
This wonderful Greek sauce is phenomenal with roasted chicken. Its cool, fresh flavours contrasting perfectly with the warm, savoury chicken. Tzatziki brings creaminess and a flavour pop to a lettuce wrap and makes a delightful dip for veggies, crackers, and pita or naan.
So whip up some Coconut Yogurt Tzatziki tonight, and watch your simple meals transform into something more elegant, flavourful and memorable. Tzatziki is one sauce that's definitely got some sting!
