Perfect for those who prefer to source their fruit separately or focus on savoury meals, this box brings together a balanced mix of everyday staples and leafy greens it's ideal for midweek dinners, slow cooking, and fresh, vibrant plates.

Each week, your box may include:

• Organic pumpkin (1kg)
• Organic sweet potato (500g)
• Organic Sebago potatoes (1kg)
• Button mushrooms (200g)
• Organic silverbeet (1 bunch)
• Organic zucchini (500g)
• Organic eggplant

• Organic spinach (100g)
• Organic herb bunch

A versatile selection designed to move effortlessly across meals, from roasted trays and hearty soups to quick sautés and fresh sides.

Make it your own
We know every kitchen is different. If there’s something you’d prefer not to receive, simply leave a note at checkout (for example: “No pumpkin or potatoes, please but extra zucchini would be lovely”), and we’ll tailor your box where possible.

For more customised selections (more than two or three changes), we recommend building your box from our full range.

Seasonal by nature
As we work with fresh, organic produce, occasional substitutions may occur depending on availability. We always ensure your box maintains the same quality, value, and balance you expect from Fresh Box.

We deliver across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane on set delivery days each week. Orders are packed fresh and delivered in refrigerated vans to maintain quality.

You can choose a one-time order or a flexible subscription. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or changed anytime through your account.

Delivery Notes

• Please have your order in by 3pm the day before your next scheduled delivery day. 
• We will update you via text of your deliveries arrival time and when it has been delivered to your door.
• Please leave out a cold box for any fridge items.
• Delivery is a flat rate of $12 except for orders over $180 then our delivery is free.
• Please note we reserve the right to cancel any orders under $60.

Delivery Tips

• We deliver in refrigerated vans between 7am and 6pm.
• We will email you to confirm your delivery day.
• On delivery day you will receive a text with an ETA and another on delivery.
• Leave last weeks boxes out and we will collect them.
• No need to be home, our boxes have a lid, Please leave out a chiller bag or cold box for cold items.
• If you're positioned outside our delivery zone, Please email us your location and we will see how we can fit you in.
• Choose your delivery date at the cart page.
• Delivery notifications to your phone on approach and if you're not home a delivery confirmation that its waiting for you.
• If you have delivery instructions please leave them in the notes section on your shopping cart page.
