Nectarines, like peaches, originated in China more than 2,000 years ago and were spread through the ancient silk route. Then cultivated in ancient Persia, Greece and Rome, spread to Central Asia and Persia to Europe.

Nectarines are a good source of potassium and fibre, both of which are nutrients which keep our heart healthy. They also help to promote a healthy cholesterol level and good gut health due to their rich fibre content.

The vitamin C present in Nectarines plays a vital role in keeping tissues strong. 
Nectarines are a low calorie fruit and contains just 44 calories per 100 grams. Fibre in nectarines helps to manage hunger and aids in weight control.

We deliver across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane on set delivery days each week. Orders are packed fresh and delivered in refrigerated vans to maintain quality.

You can choose a one-time order or a flexible subscription. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or changed anytime through your account.

Delivery Notes

• Please have your order in by 3pm the day before your next scheduled delivery day. 
• We will update you via text of your deliveries arrival time and when it has been delivered to your door.
• Please leave out a cold box for any fridge items.
• Delivery is a flat rate of $12 except for orders over $180 then our delivery is free.
• Please note we reserve the right to cancel any orders under $60.

Delivery Tips

• We deliver in refrigerated vans between 7am and 6pm.
• We will email you to confirm your delivery day.
• On delivery day you will receive a text with an ETA and another on delivery.
• Leave last weeks boxes out and we will collect them.
• No need to be home, our boxes have a lid, Please leave out a chiller bag or cold box for cold items.
• If you're positioned outside our delivery zone, Please email us your location and we will see how we can fit you in.
• Choose your delivery date at the cart page.
• Delivery notifications to your phone on approach and if you're not home a delivery confirmation that its waiting for you.
• If you have delivery instructions please leave them in the notes section on your shopping cart page.
