Terms & Conditions

1. You Agree that:

By using this site, you agree and accept our terms & conditions of use. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you may not use this site.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card on our secure website or over the phone. We also accept cash on delivery if prior arrangements have been made. Cheque is not accepted as a method of payment. We are happy to accept bank transfers, providing the payment in our account before the day of delivery, our bank details are available upon request. If no payment is made before delivery then your order may be cancelled.

3. Delivery & Handling Charges & Taxes

For a Fresh Box Delivery, a delivery and handling charge of $8 (inc GST) applies to all orders, unless special consideration is made by us. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all delivery, handling charges & taxes as laid out below in these terms and conditions. If you are outside our local delivery zone and we are using a Courier for delivery, the minimum amount payable is $10.95 (inc GST) unless special consideration is made by us. Current delivery zones and costs are outlined on our Delivery Information page. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all delivery, handling charges & taxes as laid out below in these terms and conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Fresh Box has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to you. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or refund the value of the item or service. Our aim is to please and your feedback is welcome. To make a return, please inform us either by email or phone including a picture and your concern. ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY.

Orders can be cancelled 24hrs prior to your delivery or earlier. If you cancel within 24hrs or less of your delivery day a 50% charge of the total order will be incurred. The other 50% will be refunded back to the account you paid on.

5. Delivery Conditions

In order to purchase groceries from Fresh Box, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Fresh Box provides delivery services. Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct, as orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the Fresh Box delivery area will not be processed.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday depending on your location. Please order 24-48hrs prior to the day you would like your delivery. Any orders after this time can not be guaranteed that your order will be processed and delivered. If you have difficulty placing the order by this time, please contact us and we will try and assist you.

Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area. Once you place your order, we will email you your delivery day. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes could be made to the delivery schedule.

Fresh Box accept that in the event of goods arriving damaged via our own transport, we will replace the goods delivery free of charge or a credit will be issued on your next delivery.

6. Unattended deliveries

Fresh Box cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away correctly ASAP.

7. Refrigerated Products

Fresh Box provides refrigerated items, which at the time of delivery will be at a temperature in accordance with Food Health & Safety standards.

If you are not home at the time of delivery it is highly recommended that customers leave out an esky or cooler bag.

Upon delivery, if the customer is not home, the refrigerated items will be left out with the rest of the customers order AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK.

Fresh Box DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for spoiled milk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Box maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Fresh Box will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

9. Disclaimer

Fresh Box has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time we put it there. While we apologise if any errors have been made, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages and all users do so at their own risk.
