Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if you deliver to my area?
Drop down the list of delivery areas under the image of the van.

What time do I need to place an order for next day delivery?
You may order up until midnight for next day delivery.

Are there set delivery days and times for my area?
We can deliver to your home or office any weekday you select from our calendar. We deliver between midday and 6pm.

Can I give you a specific delivery time?
We will endeavour to meet your request however this may not always be possible.

Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes we do. Please leave appropriate instructions for our delivery drivers.

What if I’m not home when you deliver my Freshbox order?
We will leave your Freshbox in a shaded area out of sight. You may also request a position in the delivery notes.

What if I have no VISA or Mastercard?
Unfortunately Freshbox does not have an EFTPOS facility for you to pay upon delivery. Perhaps you could make arrangements with another Mastercard or VISA cardholder.

Can I print a tax invoice of my order?
An email receipt is sent to you when the payment has been processed. This may be printed off if you wish.

Do I have to order every week or fortnight?
No. You can order when it suits you.

Can I order a Freshbox as a gift for someone?
Yes. Please enter the recipients address in the Delivery Address area. If you’d like us to add a small card please write your message in the Delivery Notes section.

Can I leave my empty box out for you to collect next time?
Yes, we will collect them for recycling.

Can I change the delivery date once I have placed an order?
Yes you can. Send your request to our admin email no later than 2 days prior to your original delivery date.

Can I cancel or amend my order after it has been processed and paid for?
No, you may only change the delivery date.
